We many not remembering what we study in school or how to use those formulas and theorems in our daily life but we do always remember who taught us them – our teachers. All our school and college like we make fun of these teachers but we when grow up we actually learn to respect those teachers who taught us not just what was written in the books but also things which help is today, in our daily life. The confidence, the power to raise our voices, to put forward our opinions and many more things. The lifestyle is changing and so are the teaching methods. Teachers not just use the bookish language but also the real life incident from which we can relate to. And we may not realise it them but we do realise it much later in life how those teachers helped us , made us sensitive towards the things happening around the world and problems people are dealing with. Remember when teachers used to divert the conversation from our history lessons and tell the stories about the mughal empire? Every minute of the day they were teaching us and were making us stronger and stronger.
No matter if she is a computer teacher, fashion or interior designing or Hindi or English – they empower their students in a way where they get the freedom to channelise their energy into something positive and make us independent.
But is the thinking of women empowerment still the same in the minds of teacher or is it changing?
This women’s day i interviewed teachers from different institutions on the women empowerment and how they as a teacher help us empower our minds to think and work towards the right direction and what exactly are their thoughts on women empowerment.

Ans Sankalan as the name suggest is compilation of hard work of each n every department of jdvc..fashion department and NPTT department are the creative heads. NPTT takes care of cultural event ..and fashion takes the responsibility of fashion show..both tries to bring something new for the audience and for society to make them aware of some social issues.like this year also fashion department took themes like mensuration, LGBT community, widow upliftment, army, #metoo and through our cultural event we tried to draw attention of our audience towards the importance of dads ..and towards the life of the soldiers these department’s hold the important positions as nptt moulds future teachers who frames the future of next generation and fashion being the glamorous field can easily draw attention of people towards these.
Question 2 – Being the teacher you educate students and empower their minds to face the real world but what is your idea of women empowerment?
Ans- Being teachers we have to follow the guidelines given to us..we try to guide and bring out best from our students.we try to make them bold and courageous and try to improve their personality. But sometimes i think still we are lacking somewhere. we are still afraid of taking evening classes as being girls they have to reach home early if they are going for any survey or any other project they have to take their brother’s along to overcome these obstacles in their growth and freedom . We would like to train each and evey girl with self defence for me women empowerment is when women is treated equally as male.she should have freedom to work according to her desired working hours and should be treated equally at home also because home is the place from where our society starts. Brothers and other male members should be trained to do all the household work so that household work is no more be the duty of women only.
